Hrad – The Forgotten Legacy Review opens and discusses the FIRST SIN: THE STRINGS/KEYS. Consists of (distorted) lo-fi tremolo pickings and woven ambient/dungeon synth keys…

Let’s talk about the SECOND SIN: THE VOCALS, which involves grim screams with additional chants and female vocals.

Moving on to the THIRD SIN: THE PERCUSSIONS, which delves into the vast world of (program) raw drum strikes and blast beats.

In our following discussion about the band’s musical work, we will focus on the FOURTH SIN, the overall DISCUSSION of the album. Immediately after the listener presses that play button, one is welcomed to the opening piece, THE FORGOTTEN LEGACY which welcomes the listener to an ambience atmosphere, dungeon-synth, and field sound recordings…

One continues their dark and mystical journey with the second piece, THE GRIM BETRAYAL, and the last four pieces, providing the listener with a musical art and atmosphere of mixing a DNA of atmospheric black metal and dungeon synth music where parchments of lyrics inked of (very epic and grand) medieval themes.

THE FORGOTTEN LEGACY delivers the listener’s ears with a strong (well-arranged/convenient to place at the right moment) composition/composing of the music/instrumental. At the same time, each piece is epic -yet grand, fairytale/fare folk-tale-like, dark, and mystic, thus creating an epic and mesmerizing atmosphere —a musical spectrum altogether woven together, capturing a medieval orientated/various soundscape/atmosphere and instrument work of flutes, (maybe) trombone, acoustics, and ambience/dungeon synth keys and the raw frigid blackened atmosphere and instrumental and vocal work.

At the same time, THE FORGOTTEN LEGACY is all delivered by excellent devilmanship and six equally solid, strongly composed songs and music, production, and soundscape utilizing (within each instrumental and piece) various tones, tempos, moods, atmosphere, and audio-clip samples and instrumental and vocal work consist of (distorted) lo-fi tremolo pickings woven with clean-melodic sections/solos, grim screams with additional chants and female vocals, (program) raw drum strikes and blast-beats.

Simultaneously, HRAD has created a dark, cold -yet beautiful and epic fruit of art –thus capturing multiple perspectives and atmospheres with each piece (making each piece different in sound)

I wanted to share our thoughts and MEMORABILIA on the FIFTH SIN. The sound and atmosphere of the whole piece, the epic artwork, etc.

Let’s discuss the ARTWORK of the SIXTH SIN. Epic/atmospheric black metal and dungeon synth with a splash of Tolkien and medieval vibe.

Finally, closing the review with the last sin, the SEVENTH SIN, the DISRELISH. With nothing to disrelish within the musical world of  HRAD.This concludes the Hrad – The Forgotten Legacy Review.
