The Fourth Sin: Overall Discussion:

Embark on a transformative dark and mysticism journey to the depths…

As soon the listener immediately presses the play button, their ears, and soul are introduced to the opening track titled That Haunts It Even Now, which welcomes the listener to a raw and fast-paced introduction opening piece.

As one embarks on their dark and ominous journey through the second track of the album, No One Created The Universe and continues to explore the remaining six songs, they are met with the decaying fruits of art. They offer a unique and captivating atmospheric experience. The raw yet melodic black metal soundscapes transport the listener to a world of intense emotions and haunting melodies. The intricate composition and skilful devilmanship are evident in every note, creating a truly immersive and enthralling musical journey.

The production of the music is a masterful blend of the raw, dark and unbridled energy of early Norwegian black metal mixed with the sun-drenched atmosphere of Hellenic black metal. At the same time, the lyrics delve into the depths of horror and the supernatural, exploring themes of eternal damnation, mortality, and homicide.

And the enigmatic writings of the legendary author H.P. Lovecraft, known for his tales of otherworldly creatures and cosmic horror. This fusion creates a truly unique and captivating listening experience for the audience.

Theory Of Death is a musical composition that blends instrumental and vocal elements to create a unique and engaging sonic experience. The production expertly captured the emotions and feelings associated with both genres and seamlessly infused them to create an authentic and innovative sound. The result is an intense, raw-sounding atmosphere that transports the listener to a world of dark mysticism and raw power. At the same time, the listener will encounter various tones, moods, tempos, and atmospheres as you listen to the album. These elements work together to create an engaging and dynamic composition that keeps the listener hooked from start to finish.

In addition, various musical influences can be detected in the music; a distinctly (mid-album) heavy-punk vibe seems to draw inspiration from the legendary Norwegian black metal band Darkthrone. The early raw energy and aggressive attitude of Mayhem and Burzum can also be heard in the music.
Furthermore, the album also features a dark and atmospheric sound reminiscent of the Greek black metal bands Rotting Christ and Varathron. These influences can be detected in the haunting melodies, atmospheric effects, and the overall feeling of menace that permeates the music.

The album comes to an end with the last song, Anti-Dogmatic Era. We want to give a shoutout to Apocalyptic Leaders for letting us review his Theory Of Death album. Now, we’re going to wrap it up by talking about the final three sins and concluding the review.
