The Last Three Sins
Let’s discuss the last three sins of Droidglow and his single, Morgenstern
The Fifth Sin, The Memorabilia:
For us, Drodglow‘s new single, Morgenstern, is a fruit of art, this includes the devilmanship, and compostions of the music and lyrics. The single captures the spirit of the past while pushing the boundaries of modern music. Morgenstern resonates with the pulsating energy of the 80s, yet it is reimagined through a lens of alternative metal, resulting in a captivating auditory experience that invites listeners to lose themselves in its dark, electrifying atmosphere.
While listening to Morgenstern, we were picking up on different vibes from the song, and this will depend on the listener as well. For the single Morgenstern, my partner in crime, Gemma, felt a vibe similar to Tainted Love by Soft Cell, while I was getting a much faster and aggressive version of Cry Little Sister by Gerard McMann. It’s pretty interesting how one “song” can resonate differently with each of us, creating something unique from our perspectives.
The Sixth Sin, The Artwork:
The artwork is a bit cartoonish, but draws aback to that 90s alternative sound. The fascinating part of the artwork is the song title, Morgenstern. Morgenstern is a morning star (German: Morgenstern) is any of several medieval club-like weapons consisting of a shaft with an attached ball adorned with one or more spikes. And what is the artwork!
The Seventh Sin, Disrelish:
Nothing to disrelish within the musical spectrum of Droidglow and his single, Morgenstern. Therefore, this concludes Droidglow and his single, Morgenstern review.
