The Fourth Sin: Overall Discussion:

Offering an audacious blend of disgusting and graceful, along with beauty and brutality

The moment the listener engages the play button, they are enveloped by the thunderous introduction of When the Damned Unite, a composition that assaults the senses with its earth-shaking bass lines, intricate aggressive riffs, and powerful vocals. This adrenaline-pumping experience seamlessly transitions into the subsequent six tracks and one’s musical journey…

Revoltality provides the listener with this fruit of art release, offering an audacious blend of disgusting and graceful, along with beauty and brutality from the very first note. With seven epic-large-scale tracks that envelop the listener in a captivating intensity, showcasing an instrumental arrangement that resonates with the spirit of a well-oiled machine. Each element of the composition, from the intricate musical scoring to the commanding control of the performers and devilmanship, exudes an assertive energy that is both exhilarating and relentless. This is a full-throttle death metal experience that ignites an immediate response, compelling the audience to lose themselves in the band’s music—what more could you ask for?

Let’s take a moment, and briefly talk about Grace Disgraced‘s devilmanship, which is reminiscent of a well-oiled machine on full cylinders – every member contributes a unique essence that elevates the overall experience. The session bassist, known as Metal Priest, (Cosmic Jaguar (also featured here) and a few other bands to name) infuses the tracks with gritty, rhythmic riffs that lay a solid foundation. Meanwhile, guitarist Alexander Klaptsov enchants the listener with his infectious melodies and dizzying progressions that pierce the listener’s core. Drummer Andrey Ischenko propels the music forward with his thunderous fills and powerful beats. Adding to this electrifying mix is vocalist Polina Berezko, whose brutal and haunting delivery sends shivers down the spine, making her an unforgettable presence in the realm of extreme music.

Within the confines of their musical realm, Grace Disgraced‘s composition, and score exude a fierce amalgamation of technical and melodic death metal, creating a strikingly brutal atmosphere. At times, the melodies gracefully emerge, offering listeners an array of captivating moments that resonate deeply, interspersed with dizzying passages. The music traverses a rich tapestry of progressive and jazzy influences, showcasing a diverse array of moods, tempos, and atmospheres, all while the vocals shift seamlessly into raw, powerful choruses.

Revoltality features (once again) seven epic- large-scale tracks, each a testament to the relentless power, meticulously crafted to achieve a flawless production that embodies both weight and intensity. Ultimately, Grace Disgraced stands as a remarkable fruit of art, showcasing the band’s artistry of composition and their ability to weave a narrative of darkness and complexity. Amidst the layers of technical prowess and overwhelming energy, glimmers of ethereal beauty emerge, ensuring that each song captivates and holds the listener’s attention with an irresistible allure.

Revoltality is a must-listen for people who like technical and melodic death metal.

The Last Three Sins

Let’s discuss the last three sins of Grace Disgraced and their album, Revoltality

The Fifth Sin, The Memorabilia:

I found Grace Disgraced and their album Revoltality to be a captivating experience because it offers more than just technical death metal. For me, I find Grace Disgraced‘s artistically blends elements of crushing technicality with melodic death and experimental post-death metal, creating a rich and engaging musical landscape.

Then we have the vocals section, with the raw, powerful choruses in some of the songs that were different, but in a good way. However, Polina Berezkos vocals nailed it for me, her vocals, and I love sick and brutal female vocals… I can say that I have added Polina Berezkos to my household collection.

The Sixth Sin, The Artwork:

I feel like the band’s cover art appears to align seamlessly with their lyrics, which delve into themes of humanity, philosophy, and suffering.

The Seventh Sin, Disrelish:

Nothing to disrelish within the musical spectrum of Grace Disgrace and their album, Revoltality. Therefore, this concludes Grace Disgrace and their album, Revoltality review.
