Terms & Conditions for Submitting Reviews

  • Timely Responses: We aim to respond within the same day of submission, but in some cases, replies may be delayed due to personal commitments.
  • Submission Window: If we confirm a review, the submission must be completed within 14 days to ensure timely processing.
  • Updated Information: If you’ve submitted music before, kindly inform us of any label changes, band member updates, or other relevant details.
  • Special Requests: We accept requests for specific review dates—please mention these during submission.

Terms & Conditions for Declining Submissions

  • Bullying or Pressure: Attempts to push reviews aggressively will result in declined submissions.
  • Missed Response Deadline: Submissions without a reply within 14 working days will be rejected.
  • Copyright Violations: If an artist is found using AI-generated music, stolen artwork, or lyrics, we reserve the right to blacklist them and remove published reviews.

Copyrighted Material Policy

To enhance our reviews, we use unique terminology:

  • Forbidden Fruit of Art / Fruit of Art – Coined by Grant Crossan & Paul Taylor (Acherontia Styx), permitted for use in our reviews.
  • Devilmanship – A term created by the Athenaeum of Sin to define musicianship, craftsmanship, and showmanship.
  • Usage of these terms and The Seven Sins format requires prior permission.
  • The Demon (Gary) logo is copyrighted to Athenaeum of Sin Reviews.
