The Fourth Sin: Overall Discussion: Gives the listener a road trip song about movement, and feelings on the road

Immediately the listener hits that play button, don’t expect this song to focus on some virtuoso progressive rock/metal style, but a welcoming to more of a ballad and hard rock song. The songs utilise warm, steady-mid-tempo rhythmic melodies (chords) riffs and catchy drums, atmospheric keys.

While Steve focuses more on the recurring rolling groove and melody of singing to achieve the effect of a crashing vehicle, the topic of the lyrics is more of the focus point of the single. Gives the listener a road trip song about movement, feelings on the road, emotions from a life change, feelings from situations travelling around the world and briefly discusses the philosophising of the driver who is rushing home. One thing is for sure – the band has captured the lyrical concept within the music – that is meaningful/emotional – yet warm-hearted.

Overall, Stuck In a Truck is a solid deliverance of a well-written and composed song, topped with fantastic devilmanship from the three members and a guest member. The songs capture the mood and feeling of both hard and soft/ballad rock music and add this David Bowie atmosphere.

Stuck In a Truck is also dedicated to all truck drivers who, in these difficult times, not only pandemics, bring people everything they need, often risking their lives. Steve wrote the song in memory of his uncle, who died in a car accident behind the Arctic Circle in Sweden.

If you want to listen to something different, well, Steve Misik & Co. is for you/and your needs; this band is not just a rock band, but a rock band with a new perspective on the genre that plays rock music while embracing/fuses other elements. These elements are progressive rock, hard rock, funk, post-rock, stoner-rock, alternative-rock, blues-rock, heavy rock, metal, boogie, and crossover, sometimes with some ethnic or electronic elements. The lyrics, point out the civilisation problems of the society and the mental world of the human being.

The album comes to an end. We want to give a shoutout to Steve Misik for letting us review their Stuck In The Truck. Now, we’re going to wrap it up by talking about the final three sins and concluding the review.
